Steve Hsu

Steve is the company President. He received his B.S. from National Chiao Tung University in 1974. Upon graduation he went to work as an engineer for the Tai East Trading Company. In 1978 he became the manager of the trading company, and then in 1982, he left to take over Kodex. He has been with Kodex since its inception. He is very dedicated to the company, frequently flying to Vietnam to oversee factory operations, and feverishly searching out ways to improve the Kodex customer experience, and to offer its clients the best quality for the lowest prices.

Susy is the Managing Director for Kodex. She received her B.S. in 1974 from National Chung Shing University. Susy spent only one year working for Nan Zong Leather Products, before she was promoted to Sales Manager in 1976. After working in the industry for over 8 years, she left to become the Managing Director of the family business, Kodex Travelware Company. With over 30 years of industry experience, Susy has seen it all, and is well-versed in every aspect of the luggage and bag making process. Susy is also the main English-Speaking Contact for the company.
